Analysis: Analysis is the first stage of any project, in this phase we analyse the business processes, current systems and the requirements you expect from the SharePoint solution.

Design: Using information gathered during the Analysis phase we will design a solution using one of our experienced Sharepoint architects. The solution will be based on the current IT infrastructure you already have and will detail any infrastructure changes, should you need any. The design stage also includes site structure, document libraries, workflows, security, enterprise search and any SharePoint features that will be used in your deployment.

Deployment: During the deployment stage we implement the designed solution. As with the other phases, Deployment is project managed so you always know the scope and time line of the installation and configuration. The installation and configuration is implemented using Microsoft’s best practices, both disaster recovery and high availability are taken into consideration. All steps are clearly documented and presented to you for reference.

Development: Our developers can customize Sharepoint using its built-in features or customize using coding such as .NET. Some examples of this are custom work flows, Infopath forms, custom web parts and custom meta-data.

Training: Any new systems brought into and environment should have trained professionals to take care of operations and maintenance. At SharePoint Sense we can train your IT staff on how to operate, maintain, customize and restore the systems in case of a disaster. All training comes with documentation specific to your environment.
